Terms of Service

The service

Gobrand is a social media management platform. You create content, collaborate with your team, schedule posts, and track performance across your connected channels. By using Gobrand you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and what happens in your workspaces. Keep your credentials safe. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to manage every social account you connect.

Billing

Two things cost money: channels and AI credits.

• A channel is one connected social account. You pay per channel, not per seat. A workspace can have as many members as needed.
• AI credits are used when you chat with the agent or generate images and videos. Credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the billing period.

Your content

Your content stays yours, including what you create with the AI agent and Studio. You grant us the license we need to store it, show it to your team, and publish it to the channels you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Acceptable use

Use of Gobrand is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination of your account.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on the APIs of the social platforms you connect. Their availability, rate limits, and policy changes are outside our control. You must also comply with each platform’s own terms.

Disclaimers

Gobrand is provided as is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results from your content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Gobrand after that means you accept the new terms.
