What we collect

We collect what we need to run Gobrand, nothing more.

• Account information: your name, email address, and password.
• Connected channels: access tokens for the social accounts you connect, so we can publish on your behalf.
• Content: the posts, media, and drafts you create in your workspaces.
• Usage data: how you use the product, so we can improve it and meter AI credits accurately.
• Billing details: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the product: publishing to your channels, generating content when you ask the AI agent to, tracking performance, and billing per channel and AI usage. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share data with the services that make Gobrand work, and only what each one needs.

• Social platforms: the content you publish and the tokens required to publish it.
• AI providers: the prompts and source material you send to the agent or Studio, to generate the output you asked for.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, storage, and database services that run the product.
• Payment processor: your billing details, to charge your subscription.

Workspaces and teams

Content in a workspace is visible to that workspace’s members, according to their roles. Workspaces are isolated: members of one workspace cannot see another workspace’s content, channels, or usage.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your data, except what we are legally required to keep for accounting. Disconnect a channel and we revoke and delete its tokens.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Most of this is available directly in your account settings. For anything else, email us and we will handle it.
